What to expect right now
Demand is high across every county we serve. When you request an inspection, our office will call you to schedule, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.
We’re local. We were here before the storm and we’ll be here after it, finishing the jobs we start.

How we decide who we see first
- Active leaks and open roofs. Homes with water coming in or decking exposed get tarped first.
- Safety. Fallen trees, structural damage or anything that makes the home unsafe moves up.
- Everyone else, in order. Inspections are scheduled in the order requests come in, grouped by area so crews spend time on roofs, not on the road.
What to document while you wait
- Photos of the roof from the ground: every side, plus anything on the ground (shingles, flashing, debris)
- Inside: water stains, wet insulation, drips, damaged ceilings
- The date and time you first noticed each problem
- Receipts for anything you buy to protect the home (buckets, tarps, fans)
Stay safe. Don’t climb on a wet or damaged roof. Stay clear of downed lines. Photos from the ground are enough.
Questions about your policy or a claim? Talk to your carrier. They’re the right people to answer what’s covered.
Water coming in? Request a tarp.
If you have an active leak or an opening in your roof, call the Priority Storm Line at 850-204-7080 or use the form on this page and tell us water is getting in. Tarp requests go to the front of the line.
Once your home is protected, we’ll inspect the roof, document what we find with photos, and lay out your repair or replacement options. Rebuilding is also the best chance you get to build back stronger, so ask us about a FORTIFIED roof.

FAQs
Our Most Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my roof was damaged in the storm?
Stay off the roof. Take photos from the ground and inside the house, then request an inspection. If water is coming in, call the Priority Storm Line at 850-204-7080 for a tarp.
Do you offer emergency tarping?
Yes. Active leaks and open roofs are tarped first. Call 850-204-7080 or note it on the form.
How do you decide who gets seen first?
Active leaks and safety hazards first, then inspections in the order requests come in, grouped by area.
How soon can you get to me?
Our office will call you to schedule as soon as we can, and we’ll keep you updated. If water is coming in, call the Priority Storm Line at 850-204-7080 so we can prioritize a tarp.
What happens during the inspection?
We look at the whole roof, photograph the damage we find, and walk you through your repair or replacement options.
What should I document?
Photos of every side of the roof from the ground, anything that came off the roof, interior water damage, dates you noticed each problem, and receipts for anything you bought to protect the home.
What happens if damage is not visible?
Wind can lift shingles and break seals without anything showing from the ground. An inspection will tell you either way.
Can small damage really lead to major issues?
Yes. A small opening lets water into the decking and insulation, and that spreads over time. It’s worth getting looked at.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We document damage and install roofs. We don’t represent homeowners on claims or interpret coverage. For anything about your policy or a claim, talk to your carrier.
