What Our Warranty Covers

Transferable Warranty
Our warranty is fully transferable to a new owner within 30 days of ownership transfer. This added value enhances your property’s appeal and maintains its integrity.
Exclusions
While our warranty is robust, it does not cover leaks or damages caused by forces that would negate our craftsmanship. These would include forces such as:

Reporting a Defect

For non-warranty-related inspections (e.g., leaks from non-roof sources), an inspection fee will apply.
